Replace valves at RV sites
Repair or relace the supply valve at one or more of three RV sites across from the golf course. Replacement will require a good deal of digging.

Showerhouse walls (crew of 2-3)
Wallboards are rotting at the bottom and must be repaired or replaced and the wall sealed.

The floor needs to be pressure washed, thoroughly dried, then sealed.

Pavilion fascia board
The gutter has been permanently removed from the south side of the Pavilion and the fascia board on which it was mounted must be painted.

Office roof (crew of 2)
The NW corner of the office building roof leaks and the rafter tails have started to rot. This is the first leak in an aging roof that will soon spring more. The rafter tails can still be repaired, but the roof must be torn off and replaced before additional damage is done.

Lodge stairs
The stairs should first be inspected, any needed bracing added, and any boards showing significant rot replaced. Additional upright slats along the railing will prevent anyone slipping through. The paint is flaking off and the surface must be cleaned and repainted. Volunteer for all or part.
