Although we are known for our majestic trees and peaceful surroundings, we do have some activities for everyone of all ages to enjoy. There's a big playground for the kiddies complete with swings, slides, playhouse, and a jungle gym. There is also a big cement pad for skateboarders. Or perhaps you like to throw some horseshoes, we have 3 full size pits to play on. How about a round of 9 holes on our *miniature golf course? If your feeling really energetic, a good game of *volleyball will get the blood pumping. When its time to cool off and relax, you can go jump in a lake, literally!
Lake Opal is a man made swimming lake fed from a natural spring and has a nice wide wood deck for that golden tan. Lake Opal is also available for barbless catch and release fishing. Right next to our lake is the wood heated sauna and when its time to relax those muscles, take a quick hot shower, then spend some quality time in one of the two hot tubs available. There is a 4 person tub complete with jets, and a swim spa / exercise hot tub. The Pavilion is our newest building that is available for dinners, our Saturday Potlucks, meetings, social gatherings and parties. It has a wood fireplace for that warm mountain atmosphere and utilizes a full kitchen that is used for special events such as our annual Music Fest weekend in August.
After all that, grab a refreshing drink and head on up to the newly remodeled clubhouse called Rocky's Place. The two story building  has a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, dart boards, computer games, a large television for video games and VHS / DVD movies, a library of books to read, board games, and card tables. If you like a good ol'e campfire, we have a large firepit with wood available all year around.
...and of course we couldn't leave out what makes our mountain resort come alive and that is hundreds of acres of woods that are available for hiking or just simply enjoying nature and its wildlife.
