1. General Conduct: Members and guest are expected to
conduct themselves in a manner that would be considered acceptable
in most other public gatherings attended by persons of both sexes
and all age groups.
2. Clothing: To be certain that
guest are sincerely interested in nudism, we request you join us in
experiencing the comfort and freedom nudity offers whenever weather
and personal physical conditions permit.
3. Noise: Many people come to
SMR to get away from city sounds. Do not operate radios, tv's, etc.,
so that they can be heard beyond your personal area.
4. Children: Parents are
responsible for the conduct, care, and safety of their children at
all times. No child is to be left unattended.
5. Photography: Camera usage is
restricted to members only. Exception areas to be approved by the
board of directors. Permission of parents is required for pictures
of minor children.
6. Smoking: NO SMOKING permitted
on the access road, surrounding forest, lodge building or other
unimproved areas.
7. Lake: There is no Lifeguard at
the lake. SMR is not responsible for water safety. Swim at your own
risk and please use the buddy system. Children are strictly
prohibited from lake and dock area without parents within reaching
area. 8.
Glass: Glass beverage containers will not be
permitted to be carried on the grounds at any time.
9: Waste: We do not have trash
collection or waste disposal facilities. Members and visitors please
take away all of your trash and waste.
10: Liability: All visitors
must sign a waiver of liability, available at the office.
11: Pet Rules: All animals
shall be leashed and or tethered at all times Violation shall result
in animal being confined to owners site. It is the owner's
responsibility to clean up after their animals accidents, or
otherwise be charged a fine of $20.00 per incident. Animals are not
allowed in the lodge, showers, game courts, center sunning court,
hot tubs, north side of lake, or around any food areas (unless they
are seeing & hearing dogs). All complaints should be taken directly
to the pet owner first. If satisfaction is not obtained, then please
address it in writing in the form of a complaint to the board.
Please remember that you should always respect your neighbors and
observe common courtesy in regards to your pet(s). |
